What you will be doing (Key responsibilities): Full set of accounts: Handle full set of accounts independently with minimum supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely month-end closing. AP, AR and consolidation: Prepare and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and consolidation accounts for the Group. Audit and tax liaison: Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax agents, including preparing schedules and supporting documentation. Administration and record-keeping: Perform day-to-day administrative and accounting-related tasks to keep financial records and the workplace organised. What do we need from you (Job Requirements): Degree, Diploma or part-qualified professional qualification in Accounting (for example, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent. Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply. Computer literate; exposure to construction and property-related accounting systems or software will be an advantage. Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) for internal communication purposes with stakeholders who primarily use Mandarin.
