We're Hiring: Civil Operators Machine Operators (Excavator, Roller, Loader, Grader, Dump Truck & more) Class 2, 4 & 5 Drivers Skilled Civil Labourers General Construction Labourers Drainage & Earthworks Workers Infrastructure & Roading Crew Members What's In It For You? $25-$32 per hour (depending on experience & tickets) Weekly Pay 40-60 hour weeks available Long-term & ongoing work opportunities PPE provided Training and upskilling opportunities Supportive team environment Potential for permanent employment What You'll Be Doing: Operating civil and construction machinery Assisting with earthworks, drainage, roading and infrastructure projects Loading and transporting materials Working alongside experienced site crews and supervisors General labouring and site support where required Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety What We're Looking For: ✔ Previous civil, construction or infrastructure experience ✔ Machine operating experience (preferred) ✔ Class 1 license minimum (Class 2-5 advantageous) ✔ WTR endorsements are a bonus ✔ Reliable transport to and from work ✔ Physically fit with a strong work ethic ✔ Able to pass a pre-employment drug test ✔ Valid NZ working rights Whether you're an experienced operator, skilled labourer, truck driver or someone wanting to grow within the civil industry, we'd love to hear from you.
