Duties: Participate in maintenance projects, A & A works and renovation projects. Prepare AutoCAD drawings, revit model, specifications, tender documents and etc. Requirements: Holder of Degree / Associate Degree/Diploma/High Diploma in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Technology, Architectural Studies, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering; Degree of any other subject and interested in building works consultancy will also be considered; Proficient in PC applications, e.g. Microsoft Office; Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit will be in advantage; Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese; Outgoing, with good interpersonal skills.
