Manager – Chinese Sales & Customer Solutions (ARAYA) Position Overview: The Manager – Chinese Sales & Customer Solutions (ARAYA) is responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless communication with Chinese-speaking clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of industrial properties or logistics-related industries. Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential customers while expanding sales channels. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and solution presentation to deal closure. Review and negotiate contract terms with customers to ensure favorable outcomes. Prepare key sales documents, including Letters of Intent (LOI), Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), and Customer Service Agreements (CSA). Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities. Represent the company at sales events, seminars, and industry conferences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chinese or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial properties or logistics. Advanced proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or above), with the ability to handle professional correspondence, meetings, and technical documents. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong client-facing and teamwork capabilities. Good command of English (both written and spoken). Possession of a valid driver’s license. Able to commute between sites in Bangna & Chonburi
