HR Analytics Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support workforce planning and HR decision-making. Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, turnover, manpower cost, and employee performance metrics. Monitor HR KPIs and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness and employee productivity. Support HR leadership with data analysis for talent management, retention, and engagement initiatives. Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRIS and reporting systems. Identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions to HR and business leaders. Total Rewards Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs aligned with company policies and market practices. Manage annual salary review, bonus administration, and incentive programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structure. Administer job evaluation and job grading processes to maintain internal equity. Coordinate employee benefits programs including insurance, welfare, and recognition initiatives. Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with labor laws and company governance. HR Operations & Collaboration Work closely with HR Business Partners and Finance team on manpower budgeting and HR cost analysis. Support organizational restructuring and workforce cost optimization initiatives. Improve HR reporting processes through automation and system enhancement. Provide analytical support for HR projects and management presentations Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure in HR Analytics and/or Compensation & Benefits . Solid knowledge of compensation structure, benefits administration, and HR metrics. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel ; experience with HRIS, is an advantage. Good understanding of labor law and compensation practices. Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy. Ability to translate HR data into practical business insights. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience in retail or large-scale organizations is preferred. Working Hours & Holidays Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour break) Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays Work in Thaiwatsadu Bang Na (Head office) Near Mega Bang Na
