出版及機構傳播經理 (Publishing and Institutional Communications Manager) 主要職責 / Key Responsibilities 負責周刊及圖書的全面出版事務，包括排版、校對、印刷及發行渠道之跟進。 Handle full-cycle publishing operations for weekly magazines and books, including typesetting, proofreading, printing, and distribution management. 向香港公共圖書館（書刊註冊組）申請及維護 ISSN（周刊刊號）及 ISBN（書號）。 Apply for and maintain an ISSN and an ISBN with the Books Registration Office of Hong Kong Public Libraries. 管理及維護公司官網及周刊訂閱系統，確保線上系統運作流暢。 Manage and maintain the official website and weekly subscription system to ensure seamless online operations. 作為主要聯絡窗口，負責對接、協調及拓展學術機構、媒體及各合作夥伴。 Act as the primary point of contact, liaising, coordinating, and developing relationships with academic institutions, media, and external partners. 建立並維護與客戶及機構用戶的良好長期關係。 Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual clients and institutional users. 入職要求 / Requirements 持有新聞、出版、文學、社會科學或相關學科之學士學位或以上學歷。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Journalism, Publishing, Literature, Social Sciences, or related disciplines. 具備 5 年或以上出版或編輯經驗，其中至少 2 年需擔任管理或主管職位。 Minimum 5 years of solid experience in publishing or editing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. 【必須條件】 熟悉香港 ISBN / ISSN 的申請流程及相關行政程序。 【Mandatory】 Proficient and familiar with Hong Kong ISBN / ISSN application procedures and regulatory requirements. 具備豐富的周刊或圖書項目管理經驗（擁有從選題、籌備、編校至最終發行的完整項目經驗）。 Proven track record in project management for weekly magazines or books, covering the full lifecycle from editorial planning/topic selection to final distribution. 具備優秀的中英文雙語讀寫及溝通能力（精通粵語、普通話及英語）。 Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin). 具備優秀的自我管理及溝通能力，能在混合辦公及彈性工作環境下獨立、高效地完成工作。 Strong self-motivation, communication, and time-management skills to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid and flexible work environment. 福利待遇 / Benefits & Remuneration 固定月薪： HKD 35,000 / 月 Fixed Monthly Salary: HKD 35,000 per month 年終雙糧 + 項目分紅（面議） Double pay + Project-based bonus (Negotiable) 工作模式： 混合辦公模式，享有部分時間在家工作的彈性。 Work Mode: Hybrid work model with flexibility to work from home some of the time. 工作時間： 五天工作制 5-day work week 公司福利： 公眾假期 / 銀行假期（每年17天）、強積金（MPF） Benefits: Public Holidays (Bank Holidays) & Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) 職位亮點 / Job Highlights 混合辦公模式（提供彈性在家工作安排） Hybrid Work Model (Flexibility to work from home some of the time) 固定月薪 HKD 35,000 + 年終雙糧 + 項目分紅 Fixed Monthly Salary HKD 35,000 + Double pay + Project-based bonus 具 5 年或以上出版經驗，必須熟悉香港 ISBN / ISSN 申請流程 Minimum 5 years of publishing experience; proficiency in the HK ISBN / ISSN application is mandatory
