About the role We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join Team Precision Public Company Limited in Pathum Thani. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of materials and components supplied to our manufacturing operations. As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards across our supplier network, directly contributing to the excellence and consistency of our products. This role is essential to our supply chain management strategy and ensures that all incoming materials meet our rigorous quality specifications. Key responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain supplier quality standards and specifications aligned with industry best practices and company requirements Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality requirements and identify areas for improvement Review and analyse incoming inspection data, test results and quality metrics to ensure supplier performance meets established criteria Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions and monitor effectiveness of remedial measures Establish and manage supplier quality agreements, including terms, specifications and performance indicators Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, traceability records and supplier performance reports Work with Sourcing and manufacturing teams to manage supplier relationships and communicate quality expectations Investigate quality failures and non-conformances, determining root causes and implementing preventative measures Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and reduce defects Ensure all activities comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or a related discipline Minimum 3–5 years' experience in supplier quality, quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing or logistics environments Proficiency in statistical tools and quality control methods such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis techniques Experience with supplier auditing and assessment methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office applications Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Good command in English
