(Short-term contract) Contract Period: Oct 2026 - 30 June 2027 The incumbent will lead and prepare strategic funding proposals for wetland and habitat management, conservation, and community engagement initiatives. The incumbent will identify funding opportunities, develop high-quality funding applications and supporting documents, coordinate technical and financial inputs from relevant teams, and engage with funders and stakeholders. He/she will contribute to programme development, strengthen the organization's funding portfolio, and support other duties as assigned. Requirements Master’s degree in Ecology, Conservation Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Agriculture, Natural Resource Management, or other related disciplines At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in a managerial role in nature conservation, wetland management, environmental management, sustainable agriculture, or related fields Proven experience in preparing government tenders, funding applications, project proposals, management plans, and technical reports Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale conservation, environmental, or community-based projects involving multiple stakeholders Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development with government departments, farmers, local communities, NGOs, academic institutions, and private-sector partners Strong knowledge of wetland conservation, habitat management, biodiversity conservation, sustainable agriculture, and related integration reports Strong understanding of policy, regulatory, and operational requirements for protected area management, biodiversity conservation, and land-use planning in Hong Kong Excellent project management, budgeting, leadership, communication, report-writing, and presentation skills Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage For application and enquiry 申請及查詢: 招聘網站 Career Website: https://careers.oceanpark.com.hk/en/job-openings/job-search-result/?SUBDEPT3=72 Whatsapp: 5208 3805 Applicants not contacted within six weeks may consider their application unsuccessful.
