Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery performance. Manage fleet operations, including vendor coordination, vehicle utilization, driver scheduling, and route planning. Monitor transportation KPIs and implement action plans to improve operational performance. Collaborate with Control Tower and cross-functional teams to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) and support technology implementation initiatives. Lead, coach, and develop transportation teams including Supervisors, Officers, Controllers, and Dispatchers. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Manage relationships with transport vendors and monitor SLA performance. Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 6 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations, including team management experience. Strong knowledge of transportation operations, vendor management, and logistics processes. Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics technology solutions. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
