Key Responsibilities Industry & Market Business Analysis Track Hong Kong financial industry and policy trends, analyze client portfolio data to extract actionable insights, and provide data support for team’s business strategy formulation. Cultivate Long-Term Trusted Client Partnerships Foster enduring, mutually trusted client relationships through professional, consultative communication and personalized service approaches. Deliver Data-Driven Actionable Portfolio Insights Conduct thorough analysis of client investment portfolios and real-time market fluctuations to generate practical, actionable strategic insights. Craft Clear Persuasive Financial Proposals & Reports Develop comprehensive financial proposals and analytical reports that translate complex financial data into concise, compelling and easy-to-understand solutions. Who We’re Looking For? Bachelor's degree, with a focus on Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related majors. (preferred but not required) Strong passion for the financial industry and business consulting field, with a basic understanding of financial market and a proactive attitude towards professional knowledge learning. Analytical thinker with attention to detail, excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, capable of capturing key information from data and market trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , able to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
