Responsibilities: Identifying and assessing legal risk, and providing advice on legal and regulatory matters, with an emphasis on compliance and data privacy requirements. Reviewing company systems and processes and assisting with the development and documentation of compliance and privacy policies and procedures. Managing litigation matters and conducting internal investigations. Negotiating, reviewing, drafting, and providing advice on various company documents, including contracts, warranties, and terms and conditions. Maintaining a focus on being responsive and a value-add to the company’s business units and support services. Providing assistance on various legal affairs and undertaking other duties reasonable and consistent with the position and as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor or higher in Law. At least 15 years of experience in legal field, preferably experience from the advisory, international law firm or in house corporate lawyer, business law. Fluently of English both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and leadership skill with analytical thinking and initiative. Lawyer license is required.
