Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, or a related function. Strong knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle ERP. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. Good command of English, both written and spoken, as the role requires communication with international teams and stakeholders Job Responsibilities Plan material requirements (Material Requirement Planning: MRP) in alignment with production schedules and customer demand. Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate material availability while minimizing excess stock and inventory costs. Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure smooth material flow and operational efficiency. Analyze demand forecasts and production plans to develop effective material procurement and replenishment strategies. Track and follow up on material deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and support production requirements. Identify and resolve material shortages, supply disruptions, and delivery delays in a timely manner. Prepare reports and analyze material consumption data to support operational planning and management decision-making. Continuously improve material planning processes to enhance efficiency, optimize inventory levels, and reduce costs. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain operations. Familiarity with demand planning, forecasting, and capacity planning processes.
