About the role Legend Space Contracting Limited is seeking a talented Project Executive, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager to join our dynamic team in San Po Kong, Wong Tai Sin District. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to progress within our growing organisation. Key responsibilities • Plan, coordinate and oversee project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, plans and status reports. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members and clients to provide updates and manage expectations. • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required. • Manage procurement activities and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. What we're looking for • Diploma or above in interior design or equivalent • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in fit-out project management • Strong attention to detail, high flexibility, able to work under pressure • Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subcontractors • Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work and contractual documents • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project; proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred Apply now If you are an ambitious project management professional looking for an exciting opportunity to advance your career with Legend Space Contracting Limited, we would love to hear from you.
