Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (core focus — approx. 50% of role) Own end-to-end recruitment for head office and plant positions: manpower planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation. Manage recruitment channels (JobsDB, JobThai, LinkedIn, agencies, internal referral) and evaluate cost-per-hire and time-to-fill. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build realistic, non-generic job descriptions. Build and maintain a recruitment pipeline dashboard; report hiring status and bottlenecks to management regularly. Design and improve the interview/assessment process (structured interviews, test batteries) to reduce mis-hires. HR Operations & Policy Oversee HR administration: employment contracts, onboarding, personnel records, and HRIS data accuracy. Ensure compliance with Thai Labor Law, Social Security Office (SSO), and Provident Fund regulations. Review and update HR policies and work regulations (ข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับการทำงาน) in line with current law and business needs. Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace investigations. Support engagement initiatives and internal communication between management and staff. Team Management & Reporting Supervise HR officers/coordinators supporting recruitment and operations. Prepare headcount, turnover, and recruitment KPI reports for senior management. Qualifications and Skills / คุณสมบัติ Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 7-10 years in HR with significant recruitment/talent acquisition ownership, including [e.g., 2-3 years] in a managerial role. Technical Skills Strong recruitment channel management, HRIS/ATS systems, Excel for reporting, interview/assessment design. Preferred Experience recruiting for FMCG/manufacturing environments (both office and plant-level positions); knowledge of Thai Labor Law.
