Position: Claim Supervisor – Distribution Center / Ecommerce (30-40K) Based: Wangnoi - Ayutthaya Contact Recruiter: Ann 086-378-4083 (sirinapa (@)mriww.co.th) Responsibilities Supervise and manage the claims process within the Distribution Center. Investigate claim root causes involving suppliers, warehouse operations, transportation, and stores. Manage QA Hold, Lock Code, and vendor claim processes. Analyze claim trends such as product damage and expired items and implement preventive actions. Work closely with Operations, QA, Transport, and Commercial teams to resolve claim issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution center, or claims management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. WMS knowledge is a plus. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
