We are seeking an Analyst Programmer (Power Platform) to support our digital transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on designing and developing paperless operation solutions. The successful candidate will build an end-to-end document digitization workflow using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Online, covering scanning, intelligent data capture, automated filing, and document retrieval. In addition, the role will support ongoing Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps development across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement a paperless operation and document digitization workflow that automates the capture, classification, filing, and retrieval of scanned documents; Build Power Automate cloud flows triggered by incoming emails to shared mailboxes, including attachment extraction, content routing, and exception handling; Develop intelligent document processing solutions using AI Builder and OCR to extract document metadata automatically; Design and configure SharePoint Online document libraries , including metadata columns, content types, custom views, and permission structures for document storage and retrieval Integrate Fujifilm multifunction printers’ scan-to-email workflows with Microsoft 365 services and liaise with the printing vendor on device configuration where required; Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, and Power Apps applications (canvas and model-driven) to support business needs; Collect user requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and propose effective solutions; Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning; monitor flow run histories and resolve processing errors; Prepare technical documentation and user guides and provide training and support to end users; Ensure solutions comply with IT security policies, records management requirements, and data governance standards; Perform data modeling, integration, and transformation tasks; Connect Power Platform solutions with various data sources (e.g., SharePoint Online, Excel, SQL Server, Oracle DB, Dataverse, etc.); Prepare test plans, test cases, and testing data for SIT and UAT; Support report publishing, workspace management, and configuration of Power BI Service; Conduct testing on various applications as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI); Proven experience building Power Automate cloud flows , including email-triggered flows, attachment handling, approvals, and error handling; Hands-on experience with AI Builder document processing models and OCR for intelligent data extraction; experience processing invoices or forms is highly desirable; Solid working knowledge of SharePoint Online , including document libraries, metadata/content types, custom views, and integration with Power Automate; Knowledge of Power Automate expressions and functions for data manipulation and conditional logic; Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and JSON; knowledge of Power Platform governance and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management); A solid grasp of data modeling concepts ( Entity Relationships , Star Schema, Snowflake); Strong understanding of relational databases and proficiency in writing SQL queries; Solid knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data visualization best practices; Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, PL-400, PL-500 ) would be a great advantage; Must be a detail-oriented person and possess an analytical mindset; Capable of performing numerical analysis; Willing to learn new software applications; Exhibits good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; Well organized and able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines; Has a good command of both written English and spoken Chinese (Cantonese).
