Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support and execute end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant new hire experience. This role will work closely with the Onboarding Lead/HR Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities. Key Responsibilities Facilitate onboarding activities such as new hire orientation, assessments, and document collection Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records and documentation Serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries from new hires and stakeholders Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, and Training teams for seamless onboarding execution Ensure all onboarding documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards Assist in process improvements and preparation of onboarding reports and trackers Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Onboarding ( BPO/Healthcare experience is an advantage ) Experience using ATS or HRIS tools is a plus Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HR processes and compliance standards Work Setup Reports directly to the Onboarding Lead / HR Manager Works closely with internal stakeholders across Recruitment, HR, and Operations
