The applicant must possess: a recognized degree in construction-related disciplines and/or professional qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Engineering, or related disciplines; a minimum of 7 years of practical experience in MiMEP (Multi-trade integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) construction, installation, operation, maintenance, or supervision; possess sound knowledge of MiMEP construction methodologies, industry practices, safety requirements, and relevant statutory regulations; familiar with MiMEP technologies, digital construction practices, BIM applications, modular construction, and off-site fabrication processes; demonstrate strong analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills; capable of independently conducting practical training and demonstrations; and possession of relevant training, assessor, safety, or trade qualifications will be an advantage. (Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.) Duties include: to develop, update, and deliver MiMEP training programmes, including training materials, practical exercises, and assessments; to conduct classroom, workshop, site-based, and practical training in accordance with approved syllabuses and schedules; to monitor trainees' attendance, learning progress, performance, discipline, and safety awareness, and maintain related records; to manage training materials, tools, equipment, workshops, and facilities to support effective programme delivery; to ensure all training activities comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, HKIC procedures, and occupational safety requirements, and report any incidents or hazards; to support programme planning, quality assurance, continuous improvement initiatives, industry engagement, student recruitment, graduate employment activities, and other duties assigned by management; and to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director from time to time.
