As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, building strategic partnership, and driving revenue growIf you have a strong background within the industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you ! Key Responsibilities Lead business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across multiple functions and regions. Establish standardized processes, SOP-based operating models and best practices to support business growth. Develop, monitor, and enhance KPI frameworks and performance management mechanisms. Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Partner with stakeholders across departments and countries to drive alignment and execution of key initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Prepare and present structured recommendations and business insights to management. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Transformation, Consulting, Project Management, or related fields. Proven track record of working successfully in multi-country, regional, or highly matrixed environments. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with and influence cross-functional leaders and teams. Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving agility with the ability to simplify complex issues. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving financial environment. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for regional collaboration).
