1. Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange delivery and update them with the latest information on customers balanceorders yet to delivered. 2. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provided financial information to the finance department. 7. Making the company’s product and services as attractive to potential customers as possible. 8. Ensuring adherence to JPJ and Police’s Law regulation and policies. 9. Managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information for delivery records. 10. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support by feedback to them promptly. 11. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports. 12. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. 13. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. 14. Monitor the production progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements. 15. To plan delivery based on stock and production plan. 16. To prepare delivery documents. 17. Coordinate all loading, unloading and deliveries of all stored products. 18. Identify and check products to be delivered accordance to specifications. 19. Coordinate repairs to be carried out (if necessary) on stored products. 20. Ensure all product loaded complied to requirements with complete accurate documents and pictures taken. 21. To ensure product stacking (on lorry and store) is according to the company requirements. 22.
