Product Specialist

Position Overview: Spectrum Health is a fast-growing Malaysian supplement brand. We're looking for a driven Product Specialist to grow our presence across pharmacies and clinics. You'll build trusted relationships with pharmacists and GPs, educate them on our products, and hit sales targets. You'll own your territory in the field and make a real impact on how Malaysians access quality supplements. What you'll do: Hit your sales targets by managing your territory well and keeping a strong call frequency with pharmacies and clinics. Plan and run your daily and weekly schedule to deliver monthly targets and execute promotional plans with healthcare professionals. Build and maintain strong working relationships with pharmacists, GPs, and clinic staff. Open new accounts and grow existing ones to expand our coverage and market share. Share territory updates and feedback in regular sales meetings. Work closely with the Sales & Operations Manager to plan an effective weekly route and call cycle. What you'll bring: Diploma or Bachelor's in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Science, or equivalent relevant experience. 1 to 2 years in sales, ideally with clinics/ retail pharmacies. Fresh graduates with a science background are encouraged to apply. Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in the field. Willing to travel outstation, and own a car with a valid driving licence. Full training provided.
