Human Resource Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and translate them into effective HR solutions Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational design Support change management initiatives and business transformation projects Talent Management Support recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans Identify talent gaps and support succession planning Employee Relations Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance management Ensure consistent and fair application of HR policies and labor laws HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices Support audits, HR reporting, and documentation Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership Learning & Development Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives Coach managers on leadership, employee engagement, and people management skills Culture & Engagement Promote company values and foster a positive workplace culture Support employee engagement surveys and action planning Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of experience in HR, with experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
