Job Purpose The HR Data & Analytics is responsible for developing and maintaining HR dashboards, headcount reports, labor cost projections, and digital HR reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Power Platform. This role plays a critical part in providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning, budgeting, and strategic HR decision-making. Key Responsibilities HR Reporting & Analytics Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual headcount reports. Prepare, analyze labor cost trends and forecast labor budgets in collaboration with FP&A department. Provide HR metrics and insights to management and business units. Prepare necessary report related to salary simulation analysis and calculation for people movement (transfer/promotion/redundancy/retirement) and submit the report to accounting and/or FP&A department. Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from leadership. Dashboard & Automation Design and maintain HR dashboards using Power BI. Automate recurring reports using Power Automate, Power Query, and advanced Excel tools. Build interactive HR dashboards for workforce trends, turnover, diversity, and labor cost. Workforce Planning Support workforce planning and budgeting processes. Report, Track plan vs. actual headcount and identify variances. Provide data support for organization structure changes or workforce realignment. HR Systems (HEART-APAC) & Digital Tools Manage HR data sources across Microsoft 365 tools, Excel, MS Lists, SharePoint. Integrate and streamline data flows using Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate). Ensure data accuracy and governance for all HR reporting systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, IT, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HRIS-related roles. Experience working in a digital HR transformation or analytics role. Knowledge of HRIS (SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage. Experience in labor cost budgeting, HR dashboards, or headcount reporting and planning is a must. Proficient in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization). Strong Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, formulas; VBA is a plus). Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Ability to translate data into business insights. Good understanding of HR data, KPIs, and organizational structure. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality. Good communication and problem-solving skills. English proficiency – ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a professional level.
