NDT Technician – Waikato Asset Testing and Certification Ltd Location: Hamilton, Waikato & Auckland Employment type: Full time Asset Testing and Certification Ltd (ATCL) is an IANZ-accredited inspection body with operations in multiple locations across New Zealand. We are looking for three experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technicians with ISO9712 certifications (or ability to obtain it) to work in our Hamilton & Auckland branches. Whilst you will be primarily located in either region, regular work in both areas is required, so the ability to travel for work is a must. These are permanent roles which require a minimum of 40 hours per week of work. Work days are Monday to Friday. Responsibilities and duties include: • Perform NDT inspections • Prepare reports in accordance with company requirements and standards • Participate in internal and external audits • Participate in maintaining compliance with ISO17020 requirements • Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations Experience and attributes we are looking for: • 3+ years of NDT inspection experience • Current certification in the following Level 2 ISO9712 qualifications: MT2, PT2, UT1 • RT2 or UT2 (or any advanced method) will be an advantage • Excellent English communication skills • Computer literate with technical report writing ability • Willing to travel locally and multi regionally to complete jobs at client sites • Ability to supervise projects and communicate with clients • Valid Driver's Licence If this job role is of interest to you and you have the required experience and attributes, we’d love to hear from you.
