Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Operations Officer to bridge commercial support and financial control. This position ensures smooth sales administration, precise cost tracking, and effective accounts receivable management. Key Responsibilities Financial & AR Coordination: Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections. Partner with the Finance team to confirm payments and resolve billing discrepancies. Sales Administration: Maintain, track, and archive sales contracts, agreements, and customer documentation. System & Data Management: Update and maintain accurate client data and order records within the ERP system. Cost & Performance Tracking: Monitor project costs against budgets. Prepare gross profit analysis reports. Generate regular monthly sales and operational reports. Requirements Experience: 2 years or above hands-on experience in a similar role. Skills & Systems: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Competencies: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Keen attention to detail. Sound problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent communication skills. Native Cantonese speaker with practical English abilities. Attributes: Proactive team player with a high sense of responsibility and customer service mindset. Availability: Candidates available to start immediately will be prioritised.
