Location : Permpoom Building 7 floor, 32 Sukhumvit Rd, Bang Chak, Prakanong Bangkok 10260 Working Hours : 5 days/week , 8 hours a day, with a 1 hour lunch break. Job Responsibilities: • Manage and grow the TikTok accounts for Bagsmart Thailand • Develop TikTok content strategy to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions • Plan and execute content calendars including short videos, product highlights, and lifestyle storytelling • Analyze TikTok data ( views, engagement rate, CTR, GMV contribution ) and continuously optimize content performance • Identify trending topics, hashtags, and formats suitable for the Thai market • Coordinate with livestream team to create traffic-driving content for livestream sessions • Collaborate with creators, KOLs, and internal teams to produce high-quality video content • Guide junior content staff on shooting style, storytelling, and editing standards Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience managing TikTok accounts Experience analyzing TikTok performance data (views, engagement rate, CTR, and GMV contribution) and using insights to optimize content performance. Experience operating TikTok accounts for e-commerce / fashion / lifestyle brands preferred. Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm, trends, and viral content formats. Ability to analyze content performance and optimize based on data. Familiar with TikTok Creator tools, CapCut, or similar editing tools. Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
