Big Bus Tours is looking for a driven, outgoing and commercially minded Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic commercial team. In this role, you will help accelerate revenue growth, expand market penetration and elevate our B2B travel trade partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Devise and execute targeted B2B sales strategies to maximize market penetration and consistently achieve revenue targets. Monitor and evaluate B2B channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven strategies for improvement. Cultivate and sustain high-value, long-term relationships with key accounts and travel trade partners, including HKTB, OTAs, travel agencies, hotel concierges, and tour operators. Partner with the Department Head to deliver regular sales reporting, actionable market intelligence, and compelling presentation decks for trade show activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Hong Kong and headquarters, as well as APAC regional colleagues, to optimize sales efficiency and support effective planning and execution. Support team initiatives, participate in trade events and promotional campaigns, and manage additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Degree in hospitality management, e-commerce, sales and marketing, or another relevant discipline. Relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management. Strong business acumen, advanced negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to close partnerships that align with business goals. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a self-driven ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment. Genuine passion for travel and urban culture, with an authentic appreciation for local sightseeing experiences. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset paired with an innovative approach and a strong team spirit. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Willing to travel frequently
