HR Analyst

We're Hiring: HR Analyst – Generalist Are you passionate about HR operations and creating an exceptional employee experience? Join our team and play a key role in supporting end-to-end HR processes while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities : Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining accurate HR records and documentation. Generate and analyze HR reports and workforce metrics to support data-driven business decisions. Provide HR support by addressing employee concerns, coordinating engagement initiatives, and assisting with employee relations. Support performance management, learning and development, and talent management programs. Drive HR process improvements through system enhancements, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, data privacy standards, and audit requirements. Qualifications: College graduate (4 - Year Bachelor's Degree required) At least 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Analytics. Experience handling multiple HR functions and using HRIS and reporting tools is an advantage. Currently residing in Metro Manila and can report onsite in Mandaluyong.
