Role will be responsible for expanding and managing the firms retail distribution network across HK and SEA. Will analyse channel performance, identify new retail opportunities, and optimise sales performance. Key Responsibilities ● Drive business development and outreach to major retail chains (e.g. toy retailers, hobby stores, lifestyle retailers, and other distribution partners) to secure new product listings and expand the firms retail presence. ● Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with retail and distribution partners across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. ● Work closely with internal teams including product, operations, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and retail execution. ● Analyse and track distribution channel performance, providing insights on coverage, execution, inventory availability, and commercial opportunities. ● Develop and execute channel sales strategies to maximize product coverage, availability, and sell-through performance. ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to identify new distribution opportunities. ● Negotiate commercial terms, promotional opportunities, and joint business plans with retail partners. Requirements ● 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, retail partnerships, distribution, business development, or a related commercial role. ● Previous experience in the retail, FMCG, toys, collectibles, trading cards, consumer products, or distribution industry is highly preferred. ● Strong network or experience working with major retail chains and distribution partners is an advantage. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred. ● Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
