HR All Functions (Online & Modern Trade)

Location: Krungthep Kreetha 39 (กรุงเทพกรีฑา 39) Industry: Beauty / Wellness / Contact Lens (Online & Modern Trade) Work Mode: On-site (High flexibility required) Working on Monday to Friday: 9.00-18.00 (No work from home) Job Responsibilities Manage and process payroll accurately and on time, including OT, commissions, incentives, attendance, and leave records Handle HR documentation, social security, tax documents, employee records, and other HR administrative tasks in compliance with labor laws Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer process, and onboarding Coordinate with Hiring Managers and management teams to identify and recruit suitable candidates aligned with company culture and business needs Monitor probation periods, prepare evaluation documents, and support performance review processes Prepare warning letters, disciplinary documents, employment-related notices, and other HR legal documentation in accordance with company policies and labor regulations Develop, maintain, and communicate company rules, regulations, and employee policies Support employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to employees and supervisors regarding workplace policies and procedures Prepare HR reports, employee data summaries, and other HR-related documents for management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Operations Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, employee disciplinary procedures, and HR documentation Experience in preparing warning letters, company regulations, and HR policies Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across teams Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience in Beauty, Retail, or E-commerce business is a plus Background and interested in AI is prefer.
