Senior AR Officer

Key Responsibilities Check invoices and prepare billing documents for customers accurately and on time. Follow up and collect outstanding payments from customers via phone or email. Record customer payments and perform accounts receivable clearing in the system. Review supporting documents and issue Credit Notes (CN). Prepare Output VAT reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. Coordinate with Sales, customers, and related departments to resolve billing and payment issues. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for audit and internal control purposes. Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collection, or Credit Control. Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Trading, Distribution, Engineering, or Project-based businesses is preferred. Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collection, Credit Note (CN), Output VAT, and customer account reconciliation. Experience handling corporate customers and coordinating with Sales teams. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Dynamic AX experience is an advantage). Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Welfare & Benefits Provident Fund.
