About the role STEM & PLAY INDONESIA is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher to join our team in KBP West Bandung, West Java. As a full time teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and enriching environment that fosters the holistic development of children. What you'll be doing Designing and implementing engaging Lego Class and STEM activities. Fostering a love for learning and exploration in young children through hands-on, interactive activities. Observing and assessing children's progress, and adapting teaching strategies to meet their individual needs. Collaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure a consistent approach to the children's development. Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment. What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field Proven experience teaching young children. Strong knowledge of child development and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A passion for nurturing children's curiosity and love of learning, particularly in the STEM fields. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and a good command of English.
