About the role Wearnes Motors (HK) Limited is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join us in Wan Chai District. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support sales by planning and executing retail marketing and digital engagement that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and deepen relationships with vehicle owners and prospective customers. Job Duties: Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility Create and schedule social media content and campaign ideas that generate qualified leads, drive test-drive and showroom enquiries. Conduct and execute CRM and retail marketing activities for vehicle owners and potential customers to support sales conversion. Manage and maintain digital channels eDM blast, website, social media platforms such as Facebook, IG and etc. Use AI tools proficiently to produce high-quality multimedia content (copy, imagery, video, and creative assets) for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. Stay up to date on AI trends and applications relevant to retail marketing and CRM, and recommend practical opportunities to improve content production, lead generation, and customer engagement. Requirements: University degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline. Solid experiences in digital marketing, social media, content production, and CRM/event execution — preferably in automotive, luxury, or retail sectors. Demonstrated ability to generate leads through social media and digital campaigns, with a practical understanding of funnel metrics (reach, engagement, enquiry, and conversion). Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for multimedia content creation across digital platforms, with the ability to apply new AI capabilities to retail marketing and CRM use cases. Analytical ability to interpret customer data and market survey findings into actionable marketing strategies. Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
