E-Commerce Manager-Mandarin Speaker

Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the e-commerce business operations and drive sales growth for a leading compound condiment manufacturer in China and the core hot pot condiment supplier to the a leading Chinese compound condiment manufacturer. 2. Manage and optimize store operations across major Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. 3. Develop strategies for product listing, pricing, promotional campaigns, advertisement putting, and new product launches. 4. Analyze sales and operational data to continuously improve store traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). 5. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth business execution. 6. Liaise with e-commerce platforms, service providers, and other partners, while staying attuned to market trends and consumer behavior in Thailand. Qualifications: 1. College degree or above, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations. 2. Familiarity with Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. 3. Experience in the food, FMCG, or Southeast Asian markets is preferred. 4. Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and execution skills. 5. Fluent mandarin due to handle client from China/HongKong. 6. Ability to communicate in English for daily work; proficiency in Thai is a plus. 7. Willingness to relocate to Thailand and commit to long‑term work in Bangkok.
