SiS International Limited becomes one of the largest distributor of IT solutions across Asian countries with over 40 years in the distribution business. Job Duties: Implement and support endpoint solutions including desktop/device management, anti-virus/endpoint protection, and Network Access Control (NAC) for clients, working closely with product specialists on solution delivery and support. Lead POC environment setup, product evaluation, and policy configuration, produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and status reports for team leads and project stakeholders. Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for technical issues. Manage customer engagements including requirement gathering, product demonstrations, and technical consultation on endpoint features and fit; drive ad-hoc projects such as patch rollout strategy, agent deployment planning, and endpoint policy optimization. Requirements: Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in endpoint security, desktop management, or related infrastructure support/deployment roles. Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSE/MCITP, or vendor-specific endpoint/NAC certifications strongly preferred. Strong command of English and Chinese (spoken and written); able to work independently, manage priorities under pressure, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Solid understanding of Windows OS management, networking/NAC concepts, and endpoint security architecture (AV, EDR, patch management).
