Job Descriptions Project Leadership & Execution Manage full project lifecycles for multidisciplinary design projects related but not limited to, branding and visual identity, way-finding, web and digital, events and exhibitions, editorial and printed collaterals Define project deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking Organize and facilitate client feedbacks and meetings Identify potential project risks early and suggest proactive solutions to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery Coordinate preparatory tasks prior to project commencements, includes but not limited to lining up subcontractors, confirming resource availabilities, and ensuring alignments of project requirements and schedules Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Translate complex client goals and feedbacks into clear actionable briefs for the internal design and development teams Manage client expectations balanced with the company's standards for creative and technical excellence Cross-Functional Collaboration Facilitate smooth communication designers, developers, and external collaborators Coordinate quality assurance before project launches Requirements & Qualifications Experience & Skills 2–4 years of project assistance or management experience within a creative agency or design firm Understanding of multidisciplinary design production workflows is a plus (printing production, UI/UX design, front-end/back-end web development, interactive design, etc.) Familiarity with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Notion, Monday, MS Office, MS Teams) Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment Interpersonal & Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus) A client-facing demeanor with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Passionate about being part of the creative industry, with an interest in modern day technologies
