Business Analyst (Top financial institution)

Job description Our client is a prestige financial institution with top ranking within the same industry Responsibilities: Analyze the business process to identify opportunities for new business technologies across various business units Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) for different core systems to support product launches and various product and / or regulatory initiatives Expert in new digital initiatives , such as Gen AI or UX/UI projects Conduct market research and study to stay updated on latest technologies and best practices As a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives, user needs, and emerging technology trends. A good story teller, writing user stories precisely for stakeholders engagement Represent digital product owner and work on business requirement and manage project scope as appropriate Would have good exposure on the frontier digital technology exposure . Create project plan, monitor timelines and provide stakeholder management Prepare the business reports as assigned by supervisor and ensure accurate output Coordinate and work closely with various departments (e.g. Law, Compliance, Operations, IT, Actuarial and Marketing departments) for assigned tasks to support product launches and various product and / or regulatory initiatives with good quality and timely manner Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and regular meetings to support the implementation of the product launches, various product and / or regulatory initiatives with good quality and timely manner Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required. Requirements: Degree holder with major in Actuarial Science, Math, BBA or Computer Science Seasoned experience in banking or insurance industry with solid business analysis experience A good story teller who is passionate in writing convincing user stories for the business requirement analysis Should have strong passion in Digital Transformation and business domain sense Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
