Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst Report to: Accounting & Finance Director About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Commercial Finance Analyst to join our growing organization. This role will serve as a key finance partner to Finance & Accounting Director, working closely with Commercial, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Operation teams to provide financial insights and performance analysis that support sustainable growth and profitability. As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to improve business visibility and support commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and business planning processes across all business functions. Develop and maintain financial models to support revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and profitability analysis. Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights. Prepare monthly management reports, business reviews, and presentations for senior management. Support continuous improvement of forecasting accuracy and financial planning processes. Commercial Finance Business Partnering Support commercial planning and decision-making through financial analysis and business insights. Assist in identifying growth opportunities, margin improvement initiatives, and operational efficiencies. Provide financial perspectives and recommendations to support informed business decisions. Performance & Profitability Analysis Monitor and analyze business performance across online and offline sales channels. Conduct profitability analysis by channel, customer, product category, SKU, and promotional campaign. Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve revenue growth and profitability. Support monthly business performance reviews with cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, Business Control, or related finance roles. Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or E-Commerce industries is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment. Fluent in both Thai and English.
