Project Manager

Manage end-to-end project delivery with a focus on GLC requirements, compliance, and governance. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client mandates. Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk management frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of project milestones. Engage with GLC stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and reporting. Prepare structured documentation, progress reports, and compliance submissions. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, procurement policies, and audit requirements.- Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and client satisfaction. Coordinate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful application delivery. Monitor project quality, change requests, and resource utilisation throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Experience delivering projects using the OutSystems Low-Code Platform. Technical background in software development, application architecture, system integration, or software engineering. Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps, CI/CD, and release management. Experience managing projects involving API integrations and cloud platforms. Familiarity with database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database. Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in application development projects. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage. Experience working with government agencies, GLCs, or regulated industries is an added advantage.
