HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment for warehouse operations, maintaining employee records, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse positions (screening, scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding). Coordinate with warehouse managers to identify staffing requirements and recruitment priorities. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR reports. Assist in employee relations by addressing employee concerns and coordinating disciplinary processes. Support attendance, leave administration, and timekeeping. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations. Organize orientation, training, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate with payroll regarding employee movements and documentation. Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of HR experience , preferably in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume recruitment. Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee relations. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements. Willing to work onsite in Santa Maria, Bulacan.
