Senior ERP Consultant

About the role SL Information Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Consultant to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering enterprise-level ERP solutions to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation. What you'll be doing To develop detailed project plans together with the project manager, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. To participate and perform the full cycle of project implementation, from the planning stage to deployment and post-deployment. To serve as the primary point of contact for customer in the respective consultant area throughout the implementation process. To provide ERP product walkthrough and conduct training to customers. To conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations to customers for process improvements and ERP system configurations, integration, customization and application objects. To collaborate with the technical team pertaining to system architecture, infrastructure and product extensions. To manage content development, including SQL constructs and API functional testing. To oversee data migration or data upload activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. To produce project documentation on business processes, including a functional requirement document. To conduct thorough testing of the ERP system to ensure it meets customer requirements and quality standards. To perform financial analysis and impact assessment in change management. To mentor juniors as part of leadership development To get certified as an Infor M3 functional consultant based on the industry-specific product module. To provide post-deployment Level 3 support on customers' queries and production bugs. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in the implementation of enterprise-level ERP systems Experience in either Finance, Sales & Distribution, or Manufacturing modules Preferably with experience working in a vendor environment. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms Proficiency in business process analysis, system design, configuration and testing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and cross-functional teams Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically to provide innovative solutions Adaptability and a willingness to continuously learn and expand your skill set About us SL Information Solutions Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of enterprise-level ERP solutions and consultancy services.
