Job Summary Reporting to the Division General Manager, this role will lead sales growth across Hong Kong and Macau through strategic business planning, channel management, team leadership, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, profitability, and market expansion across both B2B and B2C channels. Key Responsibilities Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and profit targets in Hong Kong and Macau. Develop and execute business plans and growth strategies for B2B and B2C markets. Manage sales forecasting, product portfolio, pricing, and inventory planning. Strengthen relationships with distributors, channel partners, key accounts, and corporate customers. Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives. Monitor market trends and business performance to support strategic decision-making. Requirements Degree holder in Business, Marketing, IT, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the IT/ICT industry. Proven track record in leading sales teams and delivering business growth. Experience in distributor/channel management and corporate account development. Strong business acumen, analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Established network with IT distributors, resellers, system integrators, or corporate customers is an advantage.
