Position: Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department in the execution of marketing initiatives for Ruamrudee International School Ratchapruek (RISR) and the Ed Dude Channel. The role provides operational and administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager in marketing campaigns, lead management, event coordination, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, well organized, detail oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic international school environment. Strong English communication skills are essential, as the role requires regular communication with both Thai and international prospective families. Marketing Lead Management · Contact prospective families generated through marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and other marketing channels. · Conduct outbound calls in Thai and English to introduce the school, answer general inquiries, and encourage prospective families to schedule a campus visit or attend marketing events. Marketing Operations · Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. · Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Department. Event Coordination · Assist in planning and coordinating Open Houses, exhibitions, education fairs, and other marketing events. · Coordinate event logistics, registration, booth setup, and on-site support. · Represent the Marketing Department professionally during events. · Be available to work occasional evenings or weekends when required. Photography & Marketing Support · Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager in capturing photographs and videos during school events, activities, and marketing initiatives. · Support the Assistant Marketing Manager with the preparation and organization of visual assets for marketing purposes. · Assist with basic graphic design and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Illustrator as assigned. · Provide operational support for marketing projects and other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing Manager. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. · Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. · Experience in an international school or education environment is an advantage. Skills & Competencies · Professional communication skills in Thai and English. · Proficient in Canva. · Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator. · Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive. · Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills. · Organized, proactive, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. · Willing to work occasional weekends for marketing events.
