主要職責 : 負責監控工程進度及施工質量，確保工程能依計劃完成，並就技術可行性、資源調配及施工安排提出解決方案。 協助統籌及協調各承建商、建築師及分判商等施工項目 與客戶溝通，解決工地上的問題及查詢 檢查工程材料，確保質量符合標準; 如質量不符，需發出不合規的報告文件 指導工地員工，提高工作效率及安全意識 工作要求： 5年或以上工地管理經驗 必需持有有效建造業工人註冊證、平安咭及相關證書 具備相關知識及施工安全管理經驗 良好的溝通技巧及解決工地問題能力 具責任感、積極主動、能獨立工作 懂讀寫中文;略懂閱讀英語文件 工作時間：星期一至五:上午8時半至下午5時半 We offer competitive remuneration package and promising career opportunities to the successful candidates.
