IT Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations, maintenance, process configuration, form adjustments, and troubleshooting for BPM process systems. - Handle online environment deployment, version releases, daily monitoring, and error log analysis for mobile APP production environments. - Perform Linux server basic administration, Nginx configuration, and database routine maintenance tasks. - Read and understand front-end & back-end business code using Java, JSP, and H5 technologies; independently complete page adjustments, configuration changes, and small-scale feature development. - Maintain and monitor all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems in premises and cloud services. Qualifications: - Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on software development and system maintenance experience. - Solid experience with BPM workflow systems (process configuration, form design, issue resolution). - Proficient in Java, JSP, HTML5; able to independently modify and iterate on full-stack business code. - Strong Linux command skills, basic server operations, Nginx, and database maintenance experience. - Experience in mobile APP deployment, version management, and production monitoring is highly preferred. - Good written and spoken English and Chinese for documentation and cross-team communication. - Knowledge of contactless payment or financial systems is an advantage.
