Employee Experience Asst. Manager The Employee Experience Asst. Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and improving the end-to-end journey of all employees. This role focuses on creating a high-performance culture by ensuring that every "moment that matters" from recruitment and onboarding to daily workflows and offboarding is seamless, digital-forward, and aligned with our corporate values. Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Journey Mapping & Design Design and maintain the Employee Road Map, identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement. Develop strategies for key milestones, including a professional Onboarding Experience and Offboarding. 2. Digital Transformation Lead the Digitization of HR touchpoints (e.g., Self-Service Portals, Digital Suggestion Boxes). Utilize data analytics to monitor employee sentiment and engagement trends. Collaborate with IT to ensure the "Digital Workspace" (SharePoint, Apps, etc.) is user-friendly and efficient. 3. Engagement & Culture Building Execute the "We Care, We Share" initiative and other engagement programs. Drive a Business-Leadership Culture by coaching supervisors on how to improve team experience and recognition. Manage internal communications (Newsletters, Announcements) to ensure they are transparent, empathetic, and professional. 4. Listening & Feedback Loops Manage the Online Suggestion Box and ensure timely closing feedback loops. Conduct and analyze Employee Satisfaction surveys. Act as a bridge between the Welfare Committee and Management to resolve grievances. 5. Compliance & Risk Mitigation Ensure all EE initiatives are 100% compliant with the Labor Protection Act. Minimize labor risks by proactively addressing employee concerns before they escalate. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration. Experience: 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years focusing on Employee Engagement, Culture, or Internal Communications. Mindset: A "Customer-First" approach to HR; ability to view employees as internal customers. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS, SharePoint, PowerApps, or other digital collaboration tools. Communication: Exceptional English and Thai communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to simplify complex legal/HR topics. Analytical: Strong ability to translate data (survey results, attrition rates) into actionable experience improvements.
