Responsibilities Monitor the whole process quality of new products introduction and manufacturing such as the process of metal stamping and plastic molding Check the quality issue through the production report and non-scheduled inspection Identity the problem during the product development and manufacturing process and take the corrective improvements Conduct benchmarking and market reviews to drive quality standards Communicate and collaborate with different key stakeholders (like internal department, suppliers and customers) when there is production problem happened Handle customers' compliant in a proper way which includes establishing improve way for the internal standard and reply the customer’s compliant report appropriately Risk management to foresee any potential quality issue in NPI nor MP stage Handle any ad-hoc projects Requirements Degree Holder or above in Science and Technology or Mechanical Engineering 10+ years of experience in quality control and Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5+ years in a quality management Strong analytical, data-driven, and pragmatic problem-solving mindset Good knowledge of quality tools and ISO systems, six sigma are preferred Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Based in Dongguan factory Candidates with more experience will be considered as Quality Manager Travel to Thailand company occasionally Benefits & Others 5 Days Work Discretionary Bonus Birthday Leave & Gift 14 days of Annual Leave Group Medical Interested parties please send full resume with the date of availability and expected salary to the email: krper@karrie.com Or post it to "The Group HR Department, Karrie International Holdings Limited, 9/F, Southeast Industrial Building, 611-619 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, N.T."
