KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Management and Operational Support Assist in formulating and executing business development strategies and annual business plans. Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data. Securities Business and Operations Management Possess a good understanding of securities account opening, trading, settlement, corporate actions, and customer service processes. Assist in reviewing and establishing relevant operating procedures (SOPs). Support the implementation of new business initiatives and system enhancement projects. Marketing and Business Planning Plan and execute marketing campaigns and client promotion programs. Coordinate online and offline marketing activities, including seminars, workshops, and client events. Manage marketing materials and digital media platform content. Reporting and Analysis Prepare business analysis reports. Utilize Excel and AI tools to perform data analysis and business forecasting REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in securities, banking, or financial institutions. Previous experience in securities operations or business management will be an advantage. Holder of Representative License under SFC for Type 1, and holder of Representative License under SFC for Type 2 is an asset Strong computer operations and applications. Good command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin. A competitive remuneration package will be offered.
