Inteluck supports a variety of logistics services, including domestic transportation, warehouse management, freight forwarding, cross border transportation and other bespoke supply chain services. Headquartered in Singapore and operates in other Southeast Asian countries including Thailand and our Thailand Branch looking for Sales Coordinator & Procurement Officer Working hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.) location: Fortune Tower (MRT Rama 9) What'll You Do: Sales Support (Main response) Support the Sales team by preparing quotations, sales documents, and other customer-related documentation. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient sales operations and excellent customer service. Procurement Management (Upon requested) Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, requesting quotations, price comparison, purchase order (PO) issuance, and delivery follow-up. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, delivery terms, and service. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying and developing new vendor partnerships. Prepare and manage procurement-related documents, including purchase orders, supplier contracts, quotations, invoices, and vendor records. Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards, delivery schedules, and quality requirements. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted business operations. What'll You Need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sales Coordination, or a related role. Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
