We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Officer to join our growing HR team. This role will focus heavily on Sr.Recruitment to support our production scale-up. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from opening job requisitions and sourcing to final onboarding. Multi-Channel Sourcing: Post and promote job openings across diverse online channels (JobTopGun, Facebook, TikTok) and offline initiatives (Walk-in interviews, Job Fairs). Candidate Management: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, schedule interviews, and coordinate closely with Line Managers. Events Coordination: Lead and organize dynamic recruitment events, such as Walk-In Interview days and Company Open Houses. Data & Analytics: Maintain the candidate pipeline, track recruitment metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Conversion Rates). Problem-Solving: Analyze hiring bottlenecks and continuously improve sourcing strategies to speed up the recruitment process. Talent Pool: Build and nurture a sustainable database of potential candidates (Talent Pool) for future business needs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management (HRM) or any related field. Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment or Mass Recruitment. Industry Background: Previous experience in recruiting Technicians and Production Line/Factory Workers is highly advantageous. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
